Jasper has a strong connection to the Earth's energy, making its healing properties very beneficial for grounding, stability, and strength.

Rocky Butte Jasper is mined in Oregon and may have either dendritic or landscape qualities. It may also be called Rocky Butte Picture Jasper. The combination of color and pattern variation are reminiscent of Red Creek Jasper, although the colors are much more muted. Rocky Butte Jasper strands are predominantly shades of gray, brown and tan with some beads or inclusions of rust and rose.

Named for the village near where it is found in Madagascar, Kabamby Ocean Jasper was first mined in 2002. It is known for its colours -- dark green and mustardy yellow, with accents of pink, red and white -- as well as for its opacity and patterns. Ocean Jasper is a commercial name for Orbicular Jasper, a variety of Jasper containing variably coloured spherical patterns. It forms when Quartz and Feldspar crystallize in radial aggregates within other silica-rich stones, Rhyolite or Tuff. Ocean Jasper is believed to be linked to the lost city of Atlantis and to hold mystic knowledge.

Venus Jasper naturally occurs in a variety of colours including browns, creams, golden tones, gray-greens and reds. Jasper is known as the “Supreme Nurturer,” a stone of grounding and stability that provides comfort, strength and healing. Ancient Egyptians were sometimes buried with amulets of Jasper, which were believed to help them gain safe passage into the afterlife.

Wood Jasper is a captivating stone that ranges in color from milky white to golden brown, often featuring striking patterns reminiscent of birch bark or wood grain. Known as an elemental earth stone, Jasper is aligned with the planet's electromagnetic energies. Multi-colored Jasper is thought to inherit the properties of its dominant color, while also drawing strength from its less prominent hues. This unique stone originates from Tanzania.
