We will gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective jewelry purchased online for a full product refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Shipping is not refundable. Items not available for exchange are: earrings (for hygienic reasons) and sale items above 30% off are a final sale.
Simply Return with:
1. Email info@layeredcharm.com within 30 days of receiving your order (let us know your order number and reason for the return).
2. Include original packaging (Jewelry Box or Pouch and symbolic cardstock)
2. Include packing slip email (so we know who to refund)
3. Include the jewelry (of course the product!)
