We will gladly accept returns of unworn, undamaged, or defective jewelry purchased online for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Items not available for exchange are: earrings (for hygienic reasons.) and any sale items above 30%off are considered a final sale.
Simply Return with:
1. Email info@layeredcharm.com within 30 days of receiving your order(let us know your order number and reason for the return)
2. Include original packaging (Jewelry Box or Pouch and symbolic cardstock)
2. Include packing slip (so we know who to refund)
3. Include the jewelry (of course the product!)
4. Ship back items to:

Once we receive the return we will process a refund to the card used for the order. This can take up to 10 business days for banks to process.
